NEBuMAX's Return Policy (New Items Only - Excluding Surplus): Returns are accepted within 15 days. Products must be UNOPENED and in Original OEM Packaging. Custom ordered or Personalized orders are non-refundable. (NEBuMAX may offer to buy back or consign the item for resale.) You can cancel or return Distribution Ordered items, and you will be refunded 70% of the original purchase price or 80% of NEW Sales Price which ever is lower (NEW SALES PRICE: Computer & Electronic pricing change fast so if the price was reduced since purchase this rule applies).  Special Order / Back Ordered items are items not generally carried by NEBuMAX and/or which require that an order be placed directly with the manufacturer or distributor. Opened Software, Movies or Games are exchange defect only. NEBuMAX's Return Policy on Used or New Surplus Equipment - NO REFUNDS - Exchange Only for Defective Equipment. 30 Day Warranty on all Used Product - Added Warranty Can Be Negotiated Per Order / Situation.
